How much does a FIT LIFE Membership cost?

All FIT LIFE Memberships are extremely affordable and priced based on what you want included in your membership. Most FIT LIFE locations have three membership plans with different amenity access, and a few locations have four plans if the club has a pool. Memberships start at only $9.99 per month. Visit the gym website page of your preferred FIT LIFE for details. Additionally, every FIT LIFE Membership has an Annual Membership Fee of $49.99 billed within 60 days of enrolling, then annually on the same date as long as you are an active member. This fee helps ensure we can continue bringing you new classes, cutting-edge equipment, and more.

What are the Membership types?

FIT LIFE locations offer three membership types: FIT LIFEACCESS, FIT LIFEPLUS, and our most popular FIT LIFEPRO. Click here to learn more about each membership type.

What are the gym hours?

Hours vary by location, but the majority of FIT LIFE clubs are open from 4:30 AM to 12:00 AM Monday through Thursday, 4:30 AM to 11:00 PM on Friday, and 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday. Holiday hours vary by year and are always posted on each location’s social media pages and inside the clubs. Be sure to follow our pages so you’re always in the know.

How old do I have to be to join FIT LIFE?

All members must be at least 13 years old. Members ages 13 to 17 must have a legal guardian sign the membership agreement. Members ages 13 to 15 must also be accompanied by a guardian while working out, but those 16 and older may work out unaccompanied. Children 12 and under are not permitted on the gym floor at any time for their safety and the safety of others. FIT KID’s Club, which provides up to two hours of supervised access for children ages 6 months to 12 years, is included with our FIT LIFEPRO membership.

Can I bring a guest to the gym?

Yes! FIT LIFEPRO Members enjoy Unlimited VIP Guest Privileges from Thursday through Sunday, which means you can bring one guest with you each time you visit the gym on those days. Guests may be the same person or different people each time, but they must always be accompanied by the member when checking in. Guests must be 18 years or older, or at least 16 if accompanied by a legal guardian. Guest privileges include access to workout spaces only and do not include classes or amenities.

Do I have to sign a contract with FIT LIFE?

FIT LIFE Membership agreements are month-to-month with only a 30-day notice required to cancel. A $49 cancellation fee applies only if you cancel within the first six months of membership. After six months, all that’s required is 30 days’ notice and a zero balance on your account. We’re confident you’ll love FIT LIFE so much that you’ll never want to cancel!

Does FIT LIFE offer a free gym membership trial?

Yes. FIT LIFE offers a Free 7-Day Trial Pass for individuals 18 years of age and older with a valid local ID. If you’ve been a FIT LIFE Member in the past, you’ll need to wait 12 months from the cancellation of your previous membership before you’re eligible for another 7-Day Trial Pass.

Can I attend any FIT LIFE on a 7-day complimentary pass?

Yes, there are no location restrictions on our Free 7-Day Pass. However, since these passes are for first-time guests, former members must wait 24 months from the cancellation of their previous membership before becoming eligible again.

Does FIT LIFE offer a day pass?

Yes, FIT LIFE offers single-day passes for non-members. The FIT LIFEACCESS Day Pass is $15 and the FIT LIFEPLUS Day Pass is $20. The FIT LIFEPRO Membership is not available for day pass access.

Do you have any membership promotions at this time?

Promotions vary by location. Visit the gym website page of your preferred FIT LIFE to see current membership offers.

What are the gym’s busiest hours?

Peak hours vary by location, but most FIT LIFE gyms are busiest on weekdays between 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM.

What is the unlimited weekend guest privilege policy?

The FIT LIFEPRO Membership includes Unlimited VIP Guest Privileges from Thursday through Sunday. Members may bring one guest each visit, and it can be the same guest or a different person each time. Guests must be accompanied by their associated member during check-in. All guests must be 18 or older, or at least 16 if accompanied by a legal guardian. FIT LIFE is a members-only club from Monday through Wednesday unless the guest pays a standard guest fee.

Does FIT LIFE offer a military discount on gym membership?

Yes. With memberships starting as low as $9.99 per month at all FIT LIFE locations, we proudly welcome all active military and veterans to join us.

Does FIT LIFE offer corporate membership discounts?

Yes. FIT LIFE provides customizable Corporate Wellness Plans with options ranging from fully subsidized memberships, to partial subsidies, to discounted self-funded memberships. Contact us to learn how we can help keep your staff living the FIT LIFE.

Can I use any FIT LIFE with my gym membership?

Yes, two of our membership plans include multi-location access. Visit the FIT LIFE website to find the location nearest you. We are growing quickly, so check back often for new clubs.

Can I freeze my FIT LIFE Membership?

Yes. You can freeze your membership for any reason for up to 3 months at $5 per month. If your Annual Membership Fee falls during the freeze, it will still be billed. Your regular dues auto-resume when the freeze ends.

How to freeze
  1. Choose your dates
    Decide the start date and the length of the freeze (up to 3 months).
  2. Send the request using one of these methods
    • Contact form: Submit a freeze request on the Freeze or Cancel page.
    • Email: Write to info@fitlifehc.com with your agreement or barcode number, chosen start date, and freeze length.
    • In-club: Call or visit your FIT LIFE location and speak with a Front Desk Team Member.
  3. Receive confirmation
    We’ll confirm your freeze and the dates. When the freeze period ends, your membership automatically reactivates—no extra steps needed.

How do I cancel my FIT LIFE Membership?

Yes, you can cancel your membership. FIT LIFE memberships are month-to-month with a 30-day cancellation notice required. Here’s how it works:

Steps to Cancel
  1. Check your eligibility
    • If you are within the first 6 months, a $49 cancellation fee applies.
    • Membership must be in good standing with no past due balance.
    • If you have an active Personal Training agreement, you must cancel that in-club first before canceling your membership.
  2. Understand billing
    • Your final month’s dues will be billed on your regular draft date once your 30-day notice is received.
    • The Right of Rescission Policy allows cancellation for a full refund within 3 days of signup (excluding weekends/holidays). Follow the steps in your emailed agreement.
  3. Submit your cancellation request
  4. Receive confirmation
    • Once processed, you’ll get confirmation of your cancellation. Membership dues stop after your 30-day notice period ends.

How do I sign up for personal training at FIT LIFE?

Every FIT LIFE Member receives a complimentary first-time session with a Personal Training Director. During this session, you’ll discuss your goals and set up a training and nutrition plan. To get started, visit our website’s Contact Us page, log into your FIT LIFE Member App, or call/visit your preferred FIT LIFE location.

What should I wear to my personal training session?

Wear comfortable athletic clothing and sneakers that allow you to exercise and get measurements easily.

What else should I know prior to my personal training session?

Eat no more than two hours before your session, stay hydrated, and make sure you’re well rested. Bring a workout towel and water bottle—FIT will happen while you’re with our team!

What do I do if I can’t make a scheduled personal training session?

Contact your Personal Trainer or Personal Training Director at least 24 hours before your session to reschedule. You can do this via the gym’s phone number, your FIT LIFE Member App, or your location’s official email. Sessions not rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

What happens when my personal training term is done?

Your Personal Training Program automatically rolls over into a month-to-month plan. After your initial term, you may cancel with a 30-day notice.

How long is my personal training program for?

Personal Training Programs are available in either 4-month or 6-month terms. Please review your Personal Training agreement for details.

How long are my personal training sessions for?

Sessions are offered in either 30-minute or 60-minute lengths. We encourage you to arrive a few minutes early to stretch and warm up so you’re ready to make FIT happen!

Do I get free WiFi with my membership?

Yes. Complimentary WiFi is available at all FIT LIFE locations.

Does FIT LIFE have showers?

Yes. Every FIT LIFE location features high-end locker rooms equipped with showers.

Do I need to bring my own lock for the gym locker room?

Yes. Lockers are for day use only, and you must bring your own lock. FIT LIFE is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Any locks left overnight will be removed, and locker contents will be donated.

What amenities are available at FIT LIFE?

FIT LIFE offers a wide variety of amenities to enhance your fitness experience. These include executive-style locker rooms and showers, turf and functional training spaces, extensive group fitness and cycle classes, premium strength training equipment (MATRIX, Booty Builder, Arsenal, and more), dumbbells up to 150 lbs, the latest cardio options, personal training and nutrition guidance, high-tech recovery services (massage chairs, cryotherapy beds, red light therapy), and a FITKids’ Club with games and activities for children.

Can I go into the FIT KIDS area with my child?

For safety reasons, the play area beyond the check-in gate is only for children and FIT KIDS Team Members. Parents can view their children in real time through the FIT KIDS TV located in the open gym area.

What are the expectations while my children are in the FIT KIDS fun center?

Parents must show their membership type for FIT KIDS access and sign their children in and out. Parents must remain on-site during visits, with a maximum stay of two hours. Parents may be called if a child has a behavioral issue, cries for more than 15 minutes, or needs a diaper change. Children should arrive fed and changed, and no food, drinks, toys, or electronics are allowed. FIT LIFE is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

How can I add FIT KIDS to my Membership?

Simply visit the front desk at your location, and we’ll upgrade your membership the same day so your kids can start enjoying the fun center. FIT LIFE Mobile App reservations will be available soon.

How should I dress my child for their FIT KIDS experience?

Children should wear comfortable clothes that allow for active play. Socks and shoes are required while in the FIT KIDS area.

How much does FIT KIDS cost per child?

FIT KIDS access is included with FIT LIFEPLUS and FIT LIFEPRO memberships for up to two children. Each additional child can join for just $5.

What are the hours of operation for FIT KIDS?
  • Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Friday & Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Sunday: Closed
What are the age requirements for FIT KIDS?

Children must be at least 2 months old and up to 12 years of age. Once they turn 13, they can join you on the main workout floor with their own membership.

Can I bring my children with me to the main floor?

No. For safety reasons, children are not permitted in the locker rooms or workout areas. Once your child turns 13, you can speak with our team about getting them their own membership.

When should I keep my kids home?

Please keep your children home if they are sick or experiencing any of the following: vomiting (2+ times in 24 hours), diarrhea (3+ watery stools in 24 hours), sore throat with fever or swollen glands, fever of 100° or higher, eye infection with thick mucus or drainage, rash or lice, or any illness causing fever, itching, or overall discomfort. Children who are pale, overly tired, lacking appetite, confused, or cranky should also stay home. If any of these symptoms arise while at FIT LIFE, parents will be called to pick up their child.
